The Pacheco Consulting Group, LLC (PCG) provides customer-centric
services, public engagement, healthcare, and health policy analysis to public
and private sector clients. Guadalupe Pacheco is the founder and principle of
the PCG.

Mr. Pacheco has over 30 years of senior-level health and human services
management experience in the non-profit and public sectors. Mr. Pacheco
served as a Senior Health Advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for
Minority Health, Office of Minority Health, at the U.S. Department of Health
and Human Services (HHS).

At OMH, he developed the Think Cultural Health program  promoting health equity and educational e-learning courses for health professionals. Mr. Pacheco used the national
recognized Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services in Health Care
Standards (CLAS) as the foundation to develop several OMH culturally centric
programs.
